Who would have thought the purchasing process for a vehicle across 2 states would be easily than a purchase across town?!!?!!! We certainly didn’t until we were blessed with an opportunity to do business w/ Chip and Wendy. We were having MULTIPLE issues concerning paperwork with our financial institutions here in TX and the tools they are hell-bent on using to determine the value of a potential car for a customer. While they don’t offer financing themselves, Chip/Wendy were more than willing to refer us to someone in their area who were familiar with their “1 of a kind” type inventory and therefore were able to extend to us “1 of a kind” service. During the month-long process, which started w/ an initial visit to see the car, then the multiple emails throughout the day inquiring about everything from the financial paperwork issues to when/where was the last maintenance performed on the vehicle, and ending with another in-person trip to close out the paperwork – all emails were followed up very timely! Chip/Wendy really did help guide us through the entire buying AND shipping process of the vehicle. Their guidance (and really their overall approach to business) IS NOT driven by their desire “to just sell a car or truck”. Obviously, it’s their family business so they intend for it to be a viable/profitable company. However, they are more concerned with ensuring you have the best and most comfortable buying experience possible. There’s no one harassing you on the phone or thru email to try and make a sale. Matter of fact, Chip and Wendy doesn’t even employ salespersons! They personally show you their inventory, or if they’re out on errands (they run their own errands, too!), then their assistant Jeremy will be more than willing and capable of helping you! I could probably go on and on about these fine folks and their fine business, but I’ll pump my brakes and bring this review to a close. All in all, if you’re interested in: 1- purchasing a exceptional vehicle (more than likely it would be a 1 of a kind type automobile if you’re dealing w/ Motorcars of Jackson), 2- dealing with a dealership who has/stands by a no frills/upfront/genuinely honest approach to business, 3- doing business w/ folks whose “walk really matches their talk”, and 4- really being treated like a friend and not a checkbook, then MOTORCARS OF JACKSON IS THE WAY TO GO…HANDS DOWN!
